John enjoys taking his collection to train shows. This time he had space to stretch out his O scale model -- which still needed three tiers to fit.

(In all, the model is over 50 feet long.)

John's AFT collection.

Seen here February 12, 2005 at a train show in Ft. Washington.

Rare Pepsi Cola promo at bottom left.

What was left of the AFT display cars was cut up in the Nevada desert in 1995. John visited the site where they were scrapped and recovered some small pieces of the train.

This is some Plexiglas from one of the AFT display cars.

This is part of the moving walkway that carried people through the train.

John Finnin's patch collection. Note the lapel pins and tie tacks. The pin of the T-1 locomotive (seen above the patch with the big #1) is a rarity, as is the AFT logo tie tack next to the 4449 patch..
John's GS-4 can "run in place" on its custom roller base, seen here starting to smoke (on purpose).
